Chris comes from a military family. He was born in NJ and moved to Germany until he was 5. He’s lived in the Northern Virginia area for most of his life with a 4 year stop in Harrisonburg, VA where he went to James Madison University and got his degree in finance. Being thrown into adulthood, he took the highest paying job he could find and worked in commercial real estate for 5 years. After a completely burnout and mental breakdown, it was time for realignment. Chris quit his job, moved across the country to the mountains of Arizona where he started smart people podcast with his childhood best friend Jon.
Smart People Podcast was recently ranked the the #1 educational podcast on iTunes and has received nearly 4 million downloads to date. The show was also a 2012, 2013, and 2014 podcast awards finalist.
